Item Description
AH, WILDERNESS!
Head north this summer, as many New York theater artists do, to the O’Neill Theatre Center with a summer season pass in your hand. Founded in 1964 by George C. White and named in honor of America's only Nobel Prize-winning playwright, The O'Neill is home to six distinct programs: the O'Neill Playwrights Conference, Music Theater Conference, Puppetry Conference, National Theater Institute, Critics Institute and the Monte Cristo Cottage, O'Neill's childhood home located in neighboring New London. (You may recognize the living room from the first few pages of A LONG DAYS JOURNEY INTO NIGHT) At the O'Neill, writers and directors, puppeteers and singers, students and audiences alike take their first steps in exploring, revising and understanding their work. Located on a sprawling seaside estate, the O’Neill is as close as it gets to Theater Camp for Adults! Get in on the early development stages of exciting work under the summer stars.
Item Special Note
Vouchers not valid for any Cabaret performances.
