Item Description
The Chi Running and Chi Walking methods combine principles of T'ai Chi with the power, energy and grace of running and walking to create revolutionary forms of running and walking that take the pounding, pain and potential damage out of these activities. Attain these benefits with a 1-hour lesson with an experienced Effortless Running instructor Ben Boyd. www.effortlessrunning.com
Ben Boyd came to running in a round about way. As a child he supremely enjoyed the exhilaration of running but he wasn’t the fastest, strongest or most gifted athlete. After a serious injury to his shoulder he began running regularly in the late 70s. Since then he studied under Danny Dreyer and learned the mystery behind effortless running (Chi Running).
