Dinner for 6 at "Tony Mandola's Gulf Coast Kitchen" in Houston, TX.

Menu choices for this amazing feast for six:

APPETIZERS
CALAMARI ALA MAMA
(Ringlets of Atlantic Squid dredged in seasoned flour, fried, then tossed in our Ala Mama butter
consisting of garlic, parsley, oregano, and roasted peppers.)
CRAB BALLS
(Mama Mandola’s personal recipe for this Gulf Coast deviled crab standard served with her
homemade tartar sauce and the old Rice Hotel recipe for Remoulade sauce.)

SOUP or SALAD ~ Choice of the following. 
SICILIAN SALAD
(Mixed lettuces, tomato, calamata olive, sweet red pepper, green onions,
and artichoke heart in our Italian Vinaigrette dressing.)
MAMA’S GUMBO
(Mama Mandola’s family recipe for shrimp and crab Creole Gumbo served over rice.)

ENTREE ~ Choice of the following. 
BLACKENED SNAPPER WITH LIME BUTTER
(Our signature Gulf Coast Snapper blackened then topped with tomato, cilantro,
 fresh lump crab, and lime butter sauce.)
LINGUINI TONY
(Grilled jumbo shrimp tossed with tomatoes, rosemary, olive oil and garlic, served over linguini.)
CHICKEN JOHN KIM
(Grilled chicken topped with mushrooms and roasted peppers in wine butter sauce.)

DESSERT ~ Choice of the following. 
CHOCOLATE CAKE
(Old fashion, no frills dark rich chocolate cake with chocolate icing.)
PHILLY MANDOLA’S BANANA KEY LIME PIE
(Philly Mandola’s famous rich and creamy Key Lime pie in a graham cracker crust
layered with sliced bananas. Topped with whipped cream.)
NEW ORLEANS BREAD PUDDIN’
(Classic bread puddin’ loaded with cinnamon, raisins, and apples. Topped with a bourbon sauce.)

BEVERAGES
Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks
Two (2) Bottles of House Wine

Call in advance for reservations and present certificate upon arrival.
Offer valid Sunday through Thursday only.

Shipping and insurance to be paid by buyer for all mailed vouchers/certificates/items. No charges apply if picked up in Providence, RI.  A valid photo ID is required for all pickups.
