Item Description
Support teen mothers learning critical lessons in child rearing. Sound Minds uses music therapy techniques to encourage bonding between teen parents and their babies within the California School Age Families Education (Cal-SAFE) high school infant centers.
Through music, teens learn how to interact, teach, and discipline their child while gaining goal-directed music experiences to use at home. Early-childhood music therapy interventions provide learning opportunities for the infants while addressing developmental domains, such as language, motor, and social skills.
For $58.00 you provide an infant and his/her mom to weekly music therapy services for an entire year. To learn more about this program visit our website.
