CrossFit 585 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers both CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under one roof, making it one of Rochester’s most unique training facilities. Our 4000 sq ft training center is filled with all the best training equipment you will ever need. We have over 1000 sqft of 1.5″ thick Zebra MMA style grappling mats, kettle bells, Olympic weight lifting bars and plates, medicine balls, dumb bells, pull-up stations, rowers, and more. Our highly experienced trainers will teach you how to use our equipment safely and correctly. We’ll give you the technical knowledge and competence to reach your goals, so you won’t find yourself roaming around the gym wondering what to do and how to proceed. Whether it is for self defense, sport, or fitness, our goal is to provide our members with first-rate instruction, training, and facilities. We believe that regardless of a person’s fitness level or ambition, they deserve a program that is tailored to their abilities and goals. Two of the biggest reasons why people quit their work-out routine, is lack of direction, and/or unrealistic goal-setting. We will make sure that you are fully prepared to incorporate all of the movements into a highly effective and carefully planned training program.
