Margie Schnibbe is a multidisciplinary artist and filmmaker living in Los Angeles. Her body of work includes paintings, drawings, sculptures, installations, documentary films, experimental narratives and animation.
Her work has recently been exhibited and screened at Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art (Rotterdam), Kunsthalle Wien (Vienna), Arte TV (Germany/France), Zentrum Paul Klee (Switzerland), Center for Book Arts, Anthology Film Archives (New York), Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (San Francisco), Film Forum, LACE, MOCA, David Kordansky Gallery and François Ghebaly Gallery (Los Angeles).
She received an MFA from CalArts in Film/Video and a BFA in Sculpture from Kansas City Art Institute.
