Fairmont Certificates do not expire. Fairmont Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Fairmont Certificates may not be valid where restricted by law. Fairmont Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of Fairmont Certificates is the recipient's responsibility. Fairmont Certificates recipients will be asked to guarantee their reservation with a credit card and
provide the Fairmont certificate number at time of reservation. Guests must present and submit their Fairmont Certificates upon check-in. Fairmont Certificates are valid for one night stay in indicated room type, applicable room taxes, full breakfast for two in the hotel's all day dining restaurant (excludes buffets and alcohol) and related taxes and gratuities only. Fairmont Certificates are redeemable based upon last room availability in the room category purchased, except at The Plaza, New York, where there is limited availability. AAdvantage miles may be earned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. The certificates will have a one-year expiration date from the date issued and all reservations are subject to availability. The following blackout dates apply: 2011: Jan 1-3; Mar 11-13, 18-20, 25-27; Apr 22-25; Jun 17-19, 24-26; Jul 1-5; Nov 18-23, 26-28; Dec 16-23, 26-31. 2012: Jan 1-2; Feb 17-20; Mar 9-12, 16-18, 23- 25; Apr 6-9; May 25-28; Jun 29-Jul 1, Jul 6-8; Nov 16-21, 24-26; Dec 21-24, Dec 28-31. Delivery

Your travel package will be sent to you via a signature-required mail. Please allow 30 days for your package(s) to be delivered from the time payment is received. All packages will include instructions so the winning bidder will have no problem self-booking at their convenience. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable.
