Learn from the best! A unique opportunity to work one-on-one with the Emmy and TONY-nominated “tour de force” actress, Tovah Feldshuh.
Ms. Feldshuh made her Broadway debut in the 1973 musical Cyrano starring Christopher Plummer. She then appeared in the title role in Yentl both on and off-Broadway. Other Broadway credits include Saravà, Lend Me a Tenor, and Golda's Balcony. The last, William Gibson's work about the late Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir, set a record as the longest-running one-woman play in Broadway history. In 2009 she returned to Broadway in Irena's Vow. In 1973, Feldshuh appeared on television in a supporting role in Scream, Pretty Peggy and later portrayed Katharine Hepburn in The Amazing Howard Hughes (1977), but she came to international prominence as Helena Slomova in the 1978 mini-series Holocaust.
Feldshuh has a recurring role as defense attorney Danielle Melnick on Law & Order. Feature film appearances have included The Triangle Factory Fire Scandal, A Walk on the Moon, Happy Accidents, Brewster's Millions, The Idolmaker, The Blue Iguana, A Day in October, The Believer, Just My Luck, and Kissing Jessica Stein.

Dates are subject to availability and approval of The Actors Fund and Ms. Feldshuh’s schedule. Winner should choose a favorite scene or monologue they would like to work on with Ms. Feldshuh.
Experience must be fulfilled after August 8th, 2011 and prior to August, 2012.
