Within walking distance to villiage center and train to Boston and Rockport. The house sleeps 8+ and is equipped with full kitchen, dishwasher,and washer/dryer.

The former home of Julius Brutus Booth, Jr., it is known as the Booth Cottage (although it is quite a bit more than a cottage).

Big wicker-filled porch over-looking the Atlantic, and large balcony off the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom.  Spacious great room with working fireplace.  

"People have a wonderful time here," says the owner. "They come once and they keep coming back."

Perfect for family reunion or an elegant get-away.
