Item Description

Craig and Karen Fuller will host four people at dinner at Frederick, Maryland's renown VOLT Restaurant http://www.voltrestaurant.com with celebrity chef Bryan Voltaggio.  A unique menu with wine pairings will be created by the chef for the group of six people.

Exceptional dining awaits you at VOLT in historic Frederick, Maryland, where Executive Chef Bryan Voltaggio's seasonal entreés showcase classic flavor combinations prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Quartered within a spectacular 19th Century brownstone mansion, the restaurant's distinctive ambience combines Victorian elegance with contemporary, urban sophistication.

Less than 50 miles from Washington, D.C., Leesburg, Annapolis and Baltimore, VOLT is located in the heart of Frederick's nationally-renowned historic district - an architectural treasure trove of 18th and 19th Century buildings which house hundreds of specialty stores, antique shops, bed and breakfasts and restaurants.

Highly accomplished, innovative, and talented 32-year old Chef Bryan Voltaggio is among the new generation of young chefs that are reinventing American cooking. Classically trained at one of America's most prestigious culinary schools and a pedigree of a celebrated Chef, Voltaggio now calls upon the full breadth of his talents with the opening of VOLT, a fine dining establishment in his native Frederick, Maryland.  The Culinary Institute of America grad spent nine years developing his technique with chef Charlie Palmer at Palmer’s New York, Las Vegas and DC restaurants.  Bryan was a finalist in the popular television program "Top Chef" competition in 2010.

Item Special Note

Reservations should be scheduled at least 2 months in advance.  Winning bidder will work with Craig Fuller's office to find a mutually agreeable date for the dinner.
