The Manchester Community Center, located at 40 Beach Street in beautiful Manchester By The Sea, is for rent for parties and social get-togethers of all types, including birthday and graduation parties, and bridal and baby showers.
The MCC features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an 800 square foot main room plus a loft area and sitting room, as well as folding tables and chairs. The main room accommodates up to 100 people. The Manchester Community Center is air-conditioned!

Advance reservations required, subject to availability. $50 refundable deposit required when making reservations. Expires May 1, 2012.
This item must be picked up at the Chamber's downtown Gloucester office by the winning bidder,or packaging/shipping costs must be paid in full by the bidder prior to shipment.
