Item Description
In their first tour in more than five years, Synth-pop duo Erasure will perform at the Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort on Friday, September 30th.
Erasure hit fame in the U.S. in 1988 with the single "Chains of Love" from the album The Innocents and began to grow their dedicated fan base outside of their native Britain. The single, "A Little Respect," was also a hit with American fans and reached #14 on the charts. More studio releases followed as the band's cult following continued to grow. In 1992, Erasure released Pop! The First 20 Hits, a compilation of the band's top singles. In 1994, I Say I Say I Say was released marking the group's fifth studio album. I Say I Say I Say featured the single "Always," which was the first hit for Erasure in the U.S. since their breakout in 1988. They followed up with a self-titled release in 1995 and the album Cowboyin 1997.
