Your family will receive a family membership good for 12 months of fun at the Children's Museum of Houston.
The Children’s Museum of Houston (CMH) was founded in 1980 by a group of Houston parents who hoped to elevate early childhood development to a community-wide priority. CMH provides bilingual family learning programs and educational services to a broad cross-section of families, including those who visit the Museum and/or access the services of area schools, childcare centers, community centers, public libraries, and social service agencies.
Winner has until November 30, 2011 to return the form to the Children's Museum of Houston to redeem membership. The membership will be good for 1 year from date of issue by the Children's Museum of Houston.

Please bid carefully because all net auction proceeds will fund MDA research, summer camp and other services provided by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. MDA accepts your bid as a promise to pay.
No Refunds or Exchanges - No Exceptions
Important: All winning bidders will receive an e-mail notification of a winning bid. You will be contacted within 10 business days to determine how you will receive your item. Receipt of your item(s) will be handled by:
- · Select items will be available for pick up at the specified MDA Office
no later than October 31, 2011,
- · Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item
description,
- · If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance
will apply and will be billed to your account. All gift certificates (regardless of the number of certificates) will have a one time shipping
charge of $5.95 and all other packages will cost $14.95 unless the weight of the package exceeds 20 pounds, and:
- · MDA reserves the right to substitute a comparable item for items featured in the auction without notice.
