Having studied Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Integrative Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and Restorative Yoga, Zett is known for pouring hundreds of hours and her enthusiastic dedication into staying abreast of the most affective healing modalities for body, mind and spirit. Her supportive, encouraging and expert guidance is augmented by vast experience with a wide range of students of all ages and physical readiness.
