Item Description

Enjoy this wonderful opportunity to delight the foodies in your group. Invite up to 9 friends to join you for an afternoon at the The Fork,  Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company's new culinary and education center. Join Lynn Giacomini Stray, co-owner and third generation member of the Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company, who will share how the combination of organic-fed cows, the freshest-sourced milk, coastal fogs and the Pacific breeze produce their award-winning cheeses.

Afterwards, you and your guests will be treated to a special cooking class with culinary chef Ed Vigil of Vin Antico in San Rafael. Vigil graduated from the San Francisco Culinary Academy and many of his signature dishes hearken back to his post-Academy work under Chef John Caputo of Socca Restaurant in San Francisco. Having established relationships with many West Marin farmers, Vigil is committed to providing 100% organic food since 2004, a philosophy shaped by the growing practices of the farmers in the community.
