Bedrooms have air conditioners as well as ceiling fans. Roomy upstairs bedrooms have king beds and private baths. Comfy bedrooms downstairs (one with queen sized bed, the other with two twin beds) share a bathroom.

Separate living & bedroom quarters promote privacy & comfort. There is a large, fully equipped, open gourmet kitchen. You have access to Satellite TV, DVD & CD players, and vacation reading from owner's library. Only 5 minutes from supermarkets, shopping, wonderful restaurants & the beach. Plus, take it easy with daily maid service.

Best of all, the pool has fabulous views of the beach, the sea, and islands in the distance. There are expansive, comfortable lounging & dining areas - indoors, on the terraces, and by the heated pool. And you can enjoy music indoors & outdoors at the barbecue/wet bar area by the pool.

The winner of this item will receive a gift certificate for a 1 Week Stay for 2 (1 bedroom). Additional rooms are available at the cost of $50 per night, per room. Rental available only in Low Season (April 15, 2012 - December 15, 2012).

Please bid carefully because all net auction proceeds will fund MDA research, summer camp and other services provided by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. MDA accepts your bid as a promise to pay.

Important: All winning bidders will receive an e-mail notification of a winning bid. You will be contacted within 10 business days to determine how you will receive your item. Receipt of your item(s) will be handled by:

       no later than October 31, 2011,

• ·         Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item

      description,

• ·         If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance

 will apply and will be billed to your account.  All gift certificates (regardless of the number of certificates) will have a one time shipping

          charge of $5.95 and all other packages will cost $14.95 unless the weight of the package exceeds 20 pounds, and:

• ·         MDA reserves the right to substitute a comparable item for items featured in the auction without notice.
