NOTE: MDA highly recommends this item be picked up in either the Beaumont or Houston, TX offices. If winning bidder chooses to have it shipped, they will assume responsibility for shipping and insurance of the item.

- · Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item

- · If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance
will apply and will be billed to your account. All gift certificates (regardless of the number of certificates) will have a one time shipping
charge of $5.95 and all other packages will cost $14.95 unless the weight of the package exceeds 20 pounds, and:
- · MDA reserves the right to substitute a comparable item for items featured in the auction without notice.
