2012 Harley-Davidson Black-N-Blue Ball Social Gala Airfare, Hotel & VIP Treatment

This package also includes two tickets to the 2012 Milwaukee Black-N-Blue Ball social gala scheduled for Friday, May 4, 2012 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The Black-N-Blue Ball is sponsored by Harley-Davidson Motor Company and has a motorcycle theme that encourages a relaxed and fun evening on the part of its guests who are dressed in ‘black’ leather and ‘blue’ denim.  No stuffy tuxedos or fancy cocktail dresses here.  The event features an evening full of fine dining and live entertainment, live and silent auctions showcasing hundreds of items including Harley-Davidson collectibles, merchandise, memorabilia and products; a raffle; a temporary tattoo parlor; the opportunity to have your photo taken on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and much more.  It is a one-of-a-kind evening and a truly first-class event.  You and your guest will also be invited to attend the special VIP Champagne Reception that takes place just prior to the start of the Black-N-Blue Ball.  This year’s gala is scheduled to take place at the Frontier Airlines Center located in downtown Milwaukee.  The 2011 Black-N-Blue Ball attracted over 1200 guests from around the country and raised an astonishing $615,000 net for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.  For more information on the Black-N-Blue Ball please visit the event website at www.milwaukeeblack-n-blueball.com.  To help you get there, the package includes airfare for two individuals to Milwaukee from anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States and hotel accommodation for two nights in downtown Milwaukee.  The winner will be able to select their travel dates to arrive in Milwaukee on Thursday, May 3 or Friday, May 4, 2012.  While in Milwaukee, you will also have the opportunity to visit the Harley-Davidson Museum^®  using complimentary passes and dine at the Museum’s unique bar and restaurant, Motor^®.  This is truly a Harley-Davidson experience that you won’t want to miss.

Item Special Note

Motorcycle:  Applicable sales tax will be added in the states of CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MN, SC and WI.  The motorcycle will be shipped to the winner's nearest U.S. Harley-Davidson dealer within 45 days of the close of the auction. The auction winner is responsible for all sales and income tax, all title and registration fees and dealership set-up fees. Delivery charge is included to the winner's nearest Harley-Davidson dealership if the winner resides in the 48 contiguous United States. If the winner resides outside of the U.S., shipping charges are the responsibility of the winner.

Airfare & Hotel Accommodations:  MDA will have sole discretion on airfare & hotel arrangements and will only be applicable for the 2012 Black-N-Blue Ball.  Can not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
