This auction is for a Family Estate Planning Package from Eufinger Law Offices in Marysville.

Estate planning is something many families put off for years, and, unfortunately, some put it off until it’s too late. Putting just a few basic legal documents in place including a Last Will & Testament and a Power of Attorney for your health care and your finances can make life much simpler for you and your loved ones during difficult times.

Your Family Estate Planning Package will include a general consultation regarding your estate planning needs, a set of simple wills for you and your spouse (or for a significant other if you are not married), and a Power of Attorney for Health Care, a General Durable Power of Attorney for financial matters, and a Living Will for both of you.  We’ll help you draft an estate plan to help meet your needs, honor your wishes, and take care of your family when you are no longer able.

Eufinger Law Offices, LLC will also work with you and your financial professional (e.g. your accountant, financial planner, etc.) if you have one to ensure that the plan we put in place from a legal perspective is compatible with your other short and long-term goals. 

Additional services beyond those specifically listed above such as updating property deeds or creating or updating trusts can also be provided by our law firm, but are not included as part of this online auction item. 

Eufinger Law Offices, LLC reserves the right to decline to accept any new clients.  In the unlikely event that we cannot serve you, we will work with United Way of Union County to return your donation.

For the winning bidder:  Upon the conclusion of the auction, the credit card you used to register for bidding will be charged for the winning bid amount.  Item will be available for pick-up during normal business hours at the United Way office, located at 232 N. Main Street in Marysville, Ohio.  The winning bidder may choose to have the item shipped via U.S. Mail by indicating so via e-mail upon conclusion of the auction.  The cost of shipping will be added to the credit card charge.
