Terms and Conditions for this vacation getaway are:

1. This certificate entitles the winning bidder and registrant to a total of up to 7 nights' accommodations: 4 nights in Puerto Vallarta and 3 nights in Cabo San Lucas. You can go to one location or both destinations. You can also choose to go on consecutive dates or visit at a different date. You will be mailed your reservation forms after the Home for the Holidays online auction.
2. This certificate is for two adults, who must be 25 years of age or older, and who possess one major credit card. A $25.00 USD tax deposit is required for each destination for a total of $50.00 USD toward the payment of government-imposed taxes, which must be in the form of a check, money order or certified funds.
3. You many select two different destinations, choosing a separate vacation on each form. Should you wish to use your two destinations consecutively, complete both reservation forms and submit them together for one fabulous vacation.
4. You may, at your option, book your airfare through the providing travel agency. They may be able to offer you  discounted airfare. In the event that you wish to drive or handle your own air reservations, a reservationist will contact you once you are confirmed, so you may proceed with your transportation plans.
5. Reservations must be submitted at least 60 days in advance, and are subject to space availability at the time of booking, so make your reservations early, especially for holidays or peak seasons. This certificate may be subject to high-season blocked-out periods.
6. This certificate is valid only for your guest room. It does not include transportation, food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges, or incidental expenses. Valid through December 15, 2013.
