Lots of detail and beauty describe this large dog stand. The base is solid brown, and it will bring a little of that San Diego weather inside with it's green-like-grass tiles and flowers that seem to be blowing in the breeze. This is also a great transitional piece for your covered porch or balcony! Mosaic art by Diane Hicks. www.dianespetcare.com

Diane, a true animal lover with a big soft spot for dogs, has been working as a petsitter for more than 13 years. She’s had a life-long interest in dogs, and she has learned a great deal about their behavior. She is able to meet all their needs, as well as anticipate and prevent problems.
As a retiree and a homebody, Diane is always around the house, looking after the animals, gardening, and just hanging out. She has lived in her current home in South Park for more than 10 years.
Diane’s other passion is art. From drawing and painting, to making glass mosaics and jewelry, she is constantly working in her small artist’s studio in the backyard of her home. Take a quick look around the house and you’ll see a few of the many different works of art she has created.
Diane, who grew up in the Bay Area, has lived in San Diego most of her life. She has three sons who all live nearby, as well as six grandchildren.
