A Louisiana Woman of American Indian, French and Mexican descent, Margo Rosas grew up in New Orleans. She is a Certified Louisiana Craftsman and has been in business in Bayou Lacombe, Louisiana since 1982. Donor Emma Dixon is an RDLN Leader, founder of the Louisiana Community Reinvestment Coalition, who hosted RDLN’s National Network Assembly in Louisiana last fall.  She specializes in wealth creation, asset building, and financial literacy and has worked with low-income housing development and credit unions.  Currently, she is studying for a master’s degree and writing opinion pieces for her local newspaper in Bogalusa, LA.  Her friend Margo makes this jewelry and sold some of it at our recent Assembly.
