Item Description
This beautiful 5-piece glass giftware set has been donated by Deborah Goldhaft of Fire and Ice Studio of Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Each piece is made of repurposed glass and the set includes a small, medium and large flower plate, a seahorse vase and a dragonfly hurricane lamp.
Fire & Ice Studio is an architectural glass studio specializing in custom décor and design for the home. They find glass that can be reused for their custom projects and reuse as much material as possible. The studio also produces limited lines of recycled glass giftware. Their recycled wine bottle line has evolved into the bottles with corks and pour-spouts, as well as the lighting line of pendant/hurricane lamps. The wine bottles we reuse are local discards from the Providence area. They are decorated in their studio’s custom graphics. These graphic designs are being developed into their “Affordable Art Glass” architectural line. This line’s purpose is to move fun, art and beauty into American homes and lifestyles. High quality Art at an affordable price. The giftware is sold exclusively at the Pawtucket studio. They produce a small line of "green" glass gifts to sell during open studios, by appointment, or special order. As a result of the giftware being mostly recycled or reused, we have limited quantities and varying price lines.
