Item Description
"Chow Time" by San Diego artist Bill Kaye. "Come and get it!" FACE is so excited to have a feeding station painted to support our troops. The screws are actual screws, not paint, and the back skirt/apron is a metalic material that looks like aluminum foil. Legs and inside are painted black for a very finished look. Great work, Bill!
Item Special Note
This stand is a unique one-of-a-kind piece of art! Because all stands and artwork have been sealed, they can easily be wiped down with a damp towel for easy cleaning. It is recommended that all stands be used indoors as a precaution against the elements.
Each stand comes with two stainless steel water and food bowls (2 quart for large dog stands, 1 pint for small dog/cat stands).
Approximate dimensions (all dimensions are approximations):
- Large Dog Feeding Stations: Height 11”, Width 24”, Depth 12”
- Small Dog or Cat Feeding stations: Height 5”, Width 18”, Depth 9”
Purchased stands may be picked up from the FACE Foundation office or shipped to buyers (shipping costs will apply).
Artist information:
I'm basically retired living a relaxing life in San Juan Capistrano and do local Handyman work. Through an ongoing friendship with Danny Salzehandler I've painted 3 banners for the Artist Colony. I do wall murals and love to carve wood; I was an illustrator for McDonnell Douglas.
I come from a military family and I was born on the North Island Naval air station in San Diego. My father, uncle, brother and cousin are all US NAVY veterans, and I too served in the Navy. I very much support our troops and our politicians well.
