Item Description
“Cobalt Majesty” is the first plate in “The Treasures of Russian Tradition”, a collection of limited-edition porcelain plates created by master artist Irina Antatolievna Makarova. These plates show the ornate Baroque style artistry of Russian porcelain teacups and saucers crafted in the 1830's by the famed Gjelsk Gardner Factory, founded in 1766. Rich ornamental designs of vibrantly colored roses and daisies on a smoky pearl ground adorn the graceful baroque-style cup lavished with rich 22-karat gold.
Item Special Note
This collectable plate measures 5 ¾" in diameter and is its original box with a Certificate of Authenticity. This is a decorative work of art, not for food use.
