Item Description
"The Priest and his Servant Balda" is the seventh plate in “The Russian Legends”, a collection of limited-edition porcelain plates created by Master Artist Oleg Vladimirovich An. This plate is produced in layers of pigment and gold in an edition limited to a maximum of 195 firings.
Inspired from a poem by Alexander Puskin. Pictured here, is the agreement of employment between a wealthy stingy priest making a deal with the young and wise Balda.

This collectable plate measures 7 1/2" in diameter and is in its original box with a Certificate of Authenticity. This is a decorative work of art, not for food use.
