Item Description
2011 is the 150th anniversary year of the start of the Civil War. In commemoration of that anniversary, this Civil War reproduction quilt was designed. The quilt is titled “Women’s Voices, in honor of the women left at home, who created quilts with blocks designed in commemoration of events of the time. This quilt is made from Civil War reproduction fabrics, in colors that would have been common at the time.
This is a queen size quilt. It can be machine washed and dried, or hung to dry. It is recommended that it be washed with a “color catcher” to prevent bleeding of the fabrics.
Item Special Note
Quilt comes with a description of each of the different block "themes".
