These Hahoe-tal (Hahoe masks) are smaller versions of those used in the Tal-chum (mask dance). They are the Yangban, or aristocrat (on left in photo) and Bu-ne, or flirtatious young woman (on right in photo). The Hahoe masks have been used in the traditional Korean mask dance since the Chosun Dynasty. They are being sold as a set of two, and each one is about 2 inches tall. They are each hung on a tie so they can be worn or hung for display.
