The private enclosed garage allows you to enter the condo from your car without having to go outdoors or climb outside stairs. Genesis 21 is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Enjoy the community pools available on the complex. Water and air purifier system throughout. Rocking chairs on the decks, plus wireless internet and cable TV. Level Three: Master bedroom #2 has a king bed, a full bath, a sitting room with small TV, chaise & loveseat and south-facing balcony overlooking the ocean.
Linens & towels provided. No smoking inside ever (OK on deck, balcony). No pets without owner's consent, $200 refundable pet deposit. Rents weekly only, Sunday to Sunday.
