One week stay in 3BR, 2.5 BA lodge style home, 1763 SF (212 SM+/-) with LR, DR, MSuite (QB) w/Oversize jacuzzi, loft office, BR w/dbl. futon, BR w/4 bunks, lg. exterior deck, full laundry, full kitchen, bicycles and some exercise eqpt. available. Located in Sunriver Resort community (4100' elev.) Extensive book, DVD, music library. Dogs welcome; smoking inside not welcome.
The house was built as a vacation home by the owner but is now his (and 2 Black labs') principal residence. Dates of use must be by mutual agreement and made with reasonable lead time. Owner has some flexibility when he will be pursuing activities elsewhere thus making the house available. Bidders can contact owner prior to bidding to see if a specific period will work.
Housekeeping services not included; local housekeeping services available ranging from daily service to end of stay cleaning which can be secured by the user at their cost.

Sunriver is a four season resort community in the high desert of central Oregon and is the 6th largest North American ski area with 3400 vertical, long season. Sunriver is well-treed w/ Ponderosa, Lodgepole, etc. 2+ golf courses on property + 20 more in the area. 30+ miles of bike paths, pools, etc., fly fishing, hiking, alpine & XC skiing, snowshoeing, etc. Mt. Bachelor (18 mi) is 6th largest North American ski area 3400 with 3400 vertical, long season (Nov.-May, over 600" last season) plus lots of XC trails, snow mobiling, etc. Excellent restraunt scene in Sunriver and Bend (15 miles +/-).
