Item Description
Beautiful, handmade quilt. Quilt tops assembled from many small pieces of fabric are uniquely American. This is a "scrappy" quilt because it utilizes many different fabrics. The top and backing are 100% cotton. The batting sandwiched between the top and back is 80% cotton, 20% polyester. The size is approximately 50" x 60", perfect for keeping your feet warm or decorating the foot of a bed. And when it needs cleaning, it can be popped into the washer and dryer.
Machine pieced and signed by Edna Burow, longarm machine quilted by Livinia Ross.
Item Special Note
This item is machine washable. To guard against color bleeding, place a Color Catcher sheet (available in the laundry aisle of markets) in the washer the first few times you wash it.
This item will be available for pickup at the next Elemental Strings concert on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 6 pm at the John Adams Middle School Auditorium.
If the item needs to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for any shipping charges.
