Item Description
COMFORT is a truly comfortable design to write with gentle tapering at both ends adds just a hint of style to this generally slim pen and pencil style. The slightly larger diameter body displays more of the wood.
Zebrawood or Zebrano is distinctive for its zebra like light and dark stripes. The term, "zebrawood" is shared by several woods in this family with this particular appearance. The most common species are from West Africa. They are an equatorial tree of medium to large size, commonly growing in pure strands along riverbanks. It is a heavy hard wood with a somewhat coarse texture, with the typical zebra stripes, often with an interlocked or wavy grain. The heartwood is a pale golden yellow, and features narrow streaks of dark brown to black. It is a true exotic wood.
