Discover the only authentic fishing village that has not been over-developed along Mexico's Riviera Maya coast. We are offering a week's stay anytime (subject to availability) between April 2 and December 2, 2012 in our two-bedroom Veranda apartment in the Blue Monkey (Mono Azul) in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. Other dates may be available with a surcharge.
The Blue Monkey is an ecologically designed, private three-apartment home in a safe and quiet fishing village, just two blocks from Mexico's finest beach and one block from the downtown square.
PM offers a great mix of local Mexicans, Europeans and North Americans, with lots of small restaurants and a big underwater national park at the colorful reef just 100 meters offshore. Clear turquoise Caribbean water and sand that does not burn your feet.
The fully furnished, two-bedroom Veranda boasts a complete kitchen, air and fans, two bathrooms, a terrace and veranda, cable TV, and wireless internet. Our lush tropical garden has bananas, coconuts, and orchids and because we are at the edge of the mangrove forest, we see much wildlife and birds.
