The bag is decorated with metal poptops and is similar to a bag sold at the Musuem of Modern Art as a "Recycled Flip-Top Shoulder Bag" from Brazil.

Donor Mily Treviño-Sauceda is pursuing a master’s degree from Antioch through the RDLN program.  She is a co-founder and now President Emeritus of Organización en California de Lideres Campesinas, an innovative and award-winning group composed of the poorest of the poor: farmworker women.  Mily herself is a former farmworker and a organizer for the United Farmworkers Union. As part of a migrant family, she went back and forth to Mexico during her early school years, facing extra educational challenges because of changing language and curriculum and missing many months of school.  She is a Board member of the Rural Development Leadership Network.
