Item Description
Our esteemed editor Katrina recently cleaned out her office and was kind enough to donate some memorabilia to The Nation Auciton.
This item, , is a board game, "Moscow Auction Game," unopened and never played, and billed as "the original game smuggled into the USSR when the Communists still controlled the country. You and your friends & family will participate in the game played illegally in the USSR before the fall of Communism."
The game was gifted to Katrina by her husband Stephen Cohen, who wrote The Nation's SOVIETICUS column for many years, as evidence of how another country, Russia, was ripped off by its oligarchs, under Yeltsin.
Item Special Note
