| Enjoy this 5 class package of Spinning. Burn calories, increase endurance and have fun Spinning® in Asphalt Green's new dedicated Spin Studio! Our Super Spin classes feature top Madd Dogg and CPR/AED certified instructors. We have 22 state-of-the-art NXT Spinning® bikes complete with LOOK and SPD compatible pedals, as well as regular cages for those that don't have spin shoes. Every bike also has a Spinning® Computer to gauge cadence, heart rate, distance travelled and calories burned, changing the way you ride and encouraging you to take it the next level. Our new spin studio features a great sound system, mirrors to monitor your form, an instructor platform and plenty of windows with a beautiful view. Towel service and access to our guest locker rooms will complete your Super Spin experience at Asphalt Green. An intense workout for all levels, Spinning® is cardio conditioning set to your own pace. Top-notch instructors, invigorating music and visualization come together to make Spinning® class both fun and effective. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you'll get a great workout. Set the resistance to the level that's right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride! |
Item Special Note
Purchasers of Super Spin classes are entitled to make advance bike reservations, which can be made online through your Asphalt Green MyPage. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Classes are first come, first served.*
DETAILS:
Login to your Asphalt Green Account and proceed to MyPage.
The option to reserve a class will appear under your Current Training Programs with the purchase of an individual class or group package.
Registration will be required with your first reservation.
Packages may not be split between clients.
Super Spin classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sessions must be redeemed by June 30, 2012.
Bike reservations begin Jan 28, 2011. If you have difficulty logging in or reserving a bike, please contact support at 212.369.8890 ext. 2088 or via email
Please arrive early to class. Three minutes before class time, unclaimed reserved bikes will be forfeited without refund.
If you have purchased but did not reserve a bike prior to the class, all unclaimed bikes will be available on a first come, first served basis.
