The following restrictions apply: For the period from January 1, 2011 through January 2, 2013, travel origination on Redemption awards may not occur on the following dates/times: January 2–3, 2011; February 18, 2011; February 21, 2011; April 22, 2011; April 24–25, 2011; May 27, 2011; July 1–2, 2011; September 2, 2011; September 5, 2011; October 7, 2011; November 22–23, 2011; November 26–28, 2011; December 21–24, 2011; December 26–30, 2011; January 2, 2012; February 17, 2012; February 20, 2012; April 5–6, 2012; April 9, 2012; May 25, 2012; August 31, 2012; September 3, 2012; October 5, 2012; November 20–21, 2012; November 24–26, 2012; December 20–23, 2012; December 26–30, 2012 and January 2, 2013.
On Acela service, weekday travel origination may not occur from any boarding point between start-of-service and 8:59 a.m. inclusive, or between 2:00 p.m. and 5:59 p.m. inclusive (weekend Acela travel is permitted at any time except on any weekend dates defined above).
