Item Description
Fine Art Photography
George P. Burdell is a businessman from Georgia who sheds his suit and tie each weekend to photograph life on his family farm.
These young Army ROTC cadets from Georgia were participating in a national competition of teams from across the country, competing in timed events such as carrying a 150 pound stretcher across a mile-long obstacle course, building a one rope bridge across a stream and towing a three-ton Humvee. They had just completed a five mile team run on a chilly November morning, and the steam rising off their backs mixed with the smoke from the campfire caught my eye.
