Item Description
This item includes 3 one-hour sessions at your home for ages 7-10 for 3-6 children. Kids love to get their hands dirty and to make stuff. Judy Shinatni will come to your home and guide them through making masks, using paper mache material, acrylic paints, and found/recycled objects for embellishments. While having fun they will learn about sculpture, color mixing, and imagination.
Artist Judy Shintani has been teaching children for 15 years and has taught at CCP. She has a MA in Transformative Art from JFKU and specializes in working in the community. She is the organizer and curator of the Cosastside Doctors Without Borders Art Auction, and exhibits in SF, Seattle, and the Coastside.
