Your Marin Symphony's brilliant new season
Don't miss a beat. Our bright new season is filled with opportunities, special events, compelling guest artists and performances certain to shine new light on Your Marin Symphony.
Marin Symphony's 2011-12 season opens with Totally Tchaikovsky on 10/2 and 10/4.
Our first program, Totally Tchaikovsky, presents four romantic Tchaikovsky classics and features one of our favorite guest artists. The brilliance of Orion Weiss started in pre-school, continued at the Julliard School of Music and has grown ever since. He’s performed with dozens of the top orchestras and toured the world with the likes of Itzhak Perlman. Orion is known for expressing surprising energy and enthusiasm every time he performs. View the above slideshow to get insights about the performance from Orion's point of view.
