Item Description
When my children were small over 30 years ago, I bought my first wheat grinder and began making my own bread. I learned that once you grind wheat the flour begins to lose its nutrients, so it’s very important to make the bread before you lose those precious vitamins and minerals all of our wheat flour should have.
I believe this message and my daughter, Sarah, and I want you to know that all the bread we make is from freshly ground organic whole wheat flour. It’s made by hand, by us. You can count on it.
