- The validity period may not be extended and the prize may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. It may not be taken over long weekends, during peak holiday periods or public holidays. Transport to and from the hotel and any flights are not included. Any extras incurred such as meals, telephone calls, laundry, drinks, etc must be settled directly with the hotel on departure. After a booking has been made, no date amendments will be accepted. Reservations must be made at least three weeks prior to arrival.
