Kelly's Ford Equestrian Center is donating one private lesson with upper level event riders Jim Moore or Helen Hayn.  Kelly's Ford Equestrian Center has a heated indoor ring, as well as an outdoor ring and cross country course.

About Jim Moore

Prestige Training at Kelly’s Ford Equestrian Center offers full-service horse training and riding instruction of both horse and rider at all levels of Eventing, Dressage, and Show Jumping. Initially credentialed as a Pony Club Graduate “A”, James Moore went on to acquire a Bachelor’s Degree in Equine Sciences at Colorado State University. Shortly thereafter, Prestige Training, LLC was founded. Riding at Advanced Level in Eventing since 1988. James has earned “Rider of the Year “ in Area IX USEA numerous times. In 2004 he was certified as an Advanced Level Instructor Level III from the U.S. Eventing Association. The same year he was chosen to represent the United States at the World Cup of Eventing in Pau, France. Skilled in all aspects of horsemanship, Jim trains, teaches, and competes at all levels of Eventing, Dressage, and Show Jumping. He has experience in designing and organizing Events from Beginner Novice to Preliminary Levels. He is also an “L” Judge for the U.S. Dressage Federation.

Students range from the absolute beginner to those aspiring to International Advanced Level Eventing. Whatever your needs, Jim will design a program around that aspiration.

About Helen Hayn

Helen started riding as a child and has become an accomplished adult rider and trainer.  Originally focused on the hunter discipline, Helen became an event rider with a strong focus on dressage.  She is in demand as a trainer because of her skills in working with green and sensitive horses.  Helen has successfully taken horses she has started through the levels up to Intermediate.

Helen's cheerful disposition boosts the confidence of her students.  She offers lessons that focus on good basic horsemanship on the flat or over fences.
