Chef Rojas boasts an impressive, globe-spanning culinary career. After studies at Le Cordon Bleu’s California School for the Culinary Arts, he embarked on an international journey with positions at La Cachette and Patina in Los Angeles, TRU restaurant in Chicago, and abroad at Spain’s Michelin two-star Akelare and three-star Martin Berasategui. Rojas spent a few more years honing his culinary skills in Spain and France before returning to the United States. As Executive Chef at Saddle Peak Lodge restaurant in Calabasas, California, Rojas received a Michelin star and was the youngest Executive chef in the Los Angeles area to ever be awarded this rating.
