Although she’s not a professionally trained chef, she’s been asked by individuals and organizations alike to get behind the stove. Today, she’s offering to come to your place and cook dinner for 6. What’s provided: Layla will provide the food, she will prepare a 3 course meal for 6 people at your house in Manhattan, and she will serve throughout the evening. You provide the wine (Layla will offer recommendations based on the menu), the china and silverware, as well as the company! Sample menu: - Roasted Sea Scallops with Kohlrabi puree and chanterelles mushroom - Slow cooked pork butt - Red wine braised red cabbage - Roasted apples - Rhubarb and raspberry soup - Freshly baked Madeleines |
