Do you spend time in the office or stuck in traffic dreaming about sitting on a porch with a gentle breeze and your favorite book? Or maybe while you are in carpool line or driving to your third sporting event of the day, you dream of the sand between your toes and a glass of wine in your hand? At Camellia Cottage, all these dreams can come true.

Situated by the peaceful Kingsbridge Park, Camellia Cottage is a home away from a home with all the luxury and amenities you would expect and enjoy. This classic Rosemary Beach vacation home features choice amenities in a relaxed atmosphere. Its beautiful rooms are filled with natural light and characterized by the use of natural materials like warm woods, stone, woven fibers, and leather.

As you enter the home, you are greeted by an inviting, open area which includes the dining room, living room and kitchen. With over 2,000 square feet of living space, you’ll find the Brazilian cherry wood floors and stairs warm and inviting. The kitchen is professionally equipped including granite counter tops, Jenn-Air appliances, and all the supplies you need to cook up a seafood extravaganza or stick a pizza in the oven. The dining room has a beautiful table that expands to seat eight. The living room is supplied with cozy seating and is equipped with a TV and DVD.

On the first floor, there is a spacious guest room with a king size bed covered in luxury linens you can sink into at the end of your “busy” day. This bedroom has a lovely bathroom in the hallway with tile and a comfortable tub and shower.

As you go up the stairs to the second floor, you enter a light-filled hallway. The bunk room has its own TV and DVD.

The upstairs guest room is large and cozy at the same time. With a beautiful iron queen sized bed and more luxury linens your guests will also have a private balcony awaiting them just outside. This room is also equipped with a TV and DVD player. The second guest bathroom is beautifully made with white marble countertops on the double vanity, shiny Kohler fixtures, and an inviting tub and shower.

The huge master bedroom is on the second floor and the massive king size bed is covered in lavish linens you won’t want to get out of. The room has two closets and an additional armoire to store your belongings comfortably. The master bathroom also has beautiful white marble on the double vanity. There is a large shower with double shower heads. The master also has its own private balcony where you can relax while watching the sunset or finish the day with a good book. This room is also equipped with a TV and DVD player.

Rosemary Beach has a total of four pools (including one heated), a top of the line tennis center with eight clay courts, a world class spa that offers a wide variety of relaxing spa treatments, including massage therapy, luxurious facials, nails services, and refreshing body treatments. For those looking for a more rigorous experience, the Rosemary Beach fitness center offers top of the line equipment with degreed and certified personal training and instruction.

Rosemary is not lacking for dining and shopping options. You can pick up any meal or sundries at Wild Olive’s market or have your morning coffee at Amavida. Summer Kitchen Café, Dog Man Du, and Cowgirl Kitchen are great casual options for any meal. Take some time to go by Courtyard Wine & Cheese before dinner to sample a low production wine from the only temperature controlled cellar in the area. Enjoy a little of Spain at La Crema with a selection of tapas and chocolate. If something more sophisticated is what you are looking for, Onana Neighborhood Café and Restaurant Paradis will surely satisfy. Onano serves local seafood, choice beef, and exciting foods from the Tuscany region. Paradis is a fine dining restaurant committed to serving fresh, seasonal ingredients which celebrate the abundance of Gulf seafood along with prime steaks and fine wine. Of course, you can’t miss The Sugar Shak. Once you hit the 30-A area, they will think you have been living under a seashell if you haven’t had a Sugar Shak experience.

And as far as shopping goes, where do I start? You can rent bikes at Bamboo Bicycles. Apparel, accessories, souvenirs and gifts are available at Rosemary Trading Company and Bombora. Shabby Slips, Tracery, and Pish Posh Patchouli’s have the furnishings, gifts, and luxurious products to complete your beach escape.
