Item Description
Give your Hopkins dancer a special gift to commemorate all of her dedicated hours of practice, all of the fun with her friends and teammates, all of the excitement of shows and recitals. She'll treasure this pointe shoe forever as a reminder of her HHS dance career.
This shoe is truly special, a one-of-a-kind creation from Kendall Meuwissen, HHS senior. Meuwissen, a dancer herself, began by decorating her outgrown pointe shoes as a creative outlet. She'd paint or draw on them with sharpies. Her creations evolved into a business when a friend asked Meuwissen to decorate a pair of pointe shoes for her birthday. Muewissen now advertises her work on Facebook and in dance studios. She's also made custom creations for many satisfied customers, who like her, love to dance.
Decorative Hopkins Pointe Shoe.
