About Jay

Jay Rebert is a licensed Marriage, Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy and maintains a private practice in Fair Oaks and Natomas, California.

With over 15 years experience as a marriage and family therapist, and as a graduate of University of Southern California and Chapman University specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), he is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his/her areas of expertise are depression and anxiety, couples therapy, therapy with families for kids of all ages.

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Jay Rebert has presented at general audiences speaking on the topics of "Overcoming Trauma", "Parenting", "Anger Management", "Maintaining Boundaries", "Behavior Modification I & II", and "Team Building".

Jay Rebert is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. His therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
