Item Description
Tucked in Albuquerque’s historic downtown EDO neighborhood, the Artichoke Cafe has developed a reputation for great food and a commitment to our community and city. It is a sensibility that translates into a warm and robust menu and an extraordinary dining experience.
The Artichoke Café menu is the result of a long-term collaboration between myself (Executive Chef Pat Keene) and chef de cuisine Tony Nethery. My French and Italian culinary training and Martin’s use of innovative ingredients and techniques fuse to offer guests a contemporary twist on classic dishes. We both agree that all great food starts with the freshest, finest, and, when possible, locally grown, ingredients.
Artichoke Café’s Wine Spectator Award winning wine program is the product of wine buyer, Robert Lemberger. Terry and Pat both respect his depth of knowledge and passion for wine; it has produced an award winning wine list. The restaurant features a wide variety of delicious and complex wines, ideally suited to pair with each menu item.
