Domaine Serene Wine Basket with Coasters
- Item Number
- 301
- Estimated Value
- 150 USD
Item Description
Perhaps the Wall of Wine is a bit overwhelming; here's a more modest offering to tempt your palate. Indulge in this basket from Oregon's Domaine Serene vinyards. These wines are crafted from grapes carefully grown atop Oregon's Dundee Hills.
When you'd prefer a white, open the Cote Sud Vinyard Chardonnay 2009. Robert Parker rates this bottle a score of 92, describing "poached pear and melon, supple texture, spicy flavors and good balance".
The 2008 Yamhill Cuvee Pinot Noir benefited from a cool September as well as a warm October. This wine, a blend of Pommard, Dijon and Wadenswil grapes grown in the Eola Hills and Dundee Hills, tastes of "intense black cherry and black raspberry flavors and has excellent balance". Robert Parker rates it a 91.
Basket contains two bottles of Domaine Serene wine, and a set of four ceramic coasters decorated with the Domaine Serene logo.
